THE CHALLENGE

This publicly-traded, international information company had recently cobbled together a horizontal network of business information and support service companies catering to a range of industries from the legal profession, to accounting firms, to insurance companies. They needed to rally these disparate entities into a unified whole, both from an organizational standpoint as well as in their branding.

THE SOLUTION

We met with each of the stakeholders separately to discover strengths and weaknesses and what, if anything, they all had in common. We discovered a significant overlap in their missions and approaches to clients. In each case they put the client first, and considered “success” to be making their clients heroes in their respective jobs. We generated the 6-ad “Hero” campaign, each focusing on a single, core product offering, yet unified by a strong branding look and feel that tied them all together under the corporate umbrella.

THE RESULTS

The campaign generated significant enthusiasm among employees, management and customers. It helped ease the transition from 6 separate companies to a single corporate entity, which was the primary objective. As a quite welcome bonus the campaign also garnered industry awards and impressive sales leads for each of the sub-brands. For this international b-to-b information company, we have rebuilt their image via a high-profile ad campaign, including magazine ads, banner ads, microsites, collateral, DM and trade show booth design.
